The new diacritic insensitive search was unexpectedly returning too many results when searching for words containing characters from alphabets, like Hebrew with non-Hebrew Windows locale (cp1255), or Japanese with non-Japanese locale (cp932/cp20932), or Greek with non-Greek locale (cp1253).
